I LOVE FOOD!
As hard as I try my biggest failure is over eating!! Yes I eat lean proteins and complex carbs at every meal and it sounds all good BUT, my EYES are bigger than my stomach! And then I think, "Well I haven't had any chocolate, so I've been good!" This results in me eating more FOOD! "No sweets I deserve some MORE!!"
Is anyone else like this? Or am I the only crazy person who likes to over indulge? I never could count my calories. I am terrible at food journals (probably because I inhale faster than I write!).
