Makes 8 Cookie = Plan accordingly! :DIngredients:
1 Cup of Peanut Butter
1 scoop protein powder (I used Shakeology)
1 egg white
1 Tsp coconut oil
1 Tsp of Cinnamon
1 Tsp of Vanilla
Dark Chocolate topping (optional)
1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
1 Tbsp Hersey dark chocolate cocoa powder
1 Tbsp chocolate protein
1. Set over to 350. Spray cookie sheet.
2. Mix ingredients together.
3. Roll cookies out on a sheet and cookie cutter each cookie onto the sprayed sheet.
4. Bake for 10 mins.
5. (Optional) Mix Dark Chocolate topping and drizzle on top of cookie. Place in fridge for 10 mins.
